About Sergio

Sergio joined Pictet Asset Services in 2017, where he launched the Client Solutions & Innovation team. He forms part of the Management Committee and oversees the design of new services, as well as project execution, change management and marketing activities. He also advises the Executive Committee on industry trends and strategic initiatives.

Prior to that, Sergio worked in the consulting practice of Deloitte, where he helped asset and wealth managers adapting to regulatory change (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID). He gained broad experience in the asset management industry, leading strategic engagements and benchmarking analysis in different areas, including product & distribution strategy, operational efficiency and regulatory readiness.

Sergio started his career in 2001 at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he worked as a Client Relationship Manager across various European markets.

Sergio holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
