As a former management consultant, I have worked with many firms during my career. But not many operate with Pictet’s dedication to clients, with a strong culture built on respect, openness and comparatively little hierarchy.
Our distinctiveness springs from our long and uninterrupted history. We are distinctive in another way, too. We are one of very few privately owned firms with a business equally balanced between wealth and asset management.
We obviously employ many more types of specialists than just wealth and asset managers. We need IT developers, traders, compliance and risk officers, finance managers, marketing professionals, receptionists, data specialists, tax experts, business analysts, investment writers, and of course human resource managers.
Once people join us, they tend to stay. That’s because we take our time in the hiring process to make sure that you are a good fit for Pictet and that Pictet is right for you. It also means that your career with Pictet is likely to be full of variety and opportunity in the years ahead.
