Once you have agreed a financial plan with your private bank, you can delegate the investment of your wealth to us or you can use the Pictet's advice and services to make the decisions yourself.
There are three broad approaches to implementing a financial plan.
These mandates invest according to specific investment grids or special mandates with a tailored or themed approach. Your plan will be managed by Pictet, whose analysts and investment managers will select appropriate investment funds or stocks to achieve your objectives. This choice demands the least intervention from you.
These mandates are designed for people who want a more active involvement in the management of their wealth. Advisory mandates will enable you to take responsibility for implementing your plan, in partnership with our professionals. You will decide on your investments, have access to our financial research, and we will help you to identify investments that are consistent with your objectives.
This type of mandate meets the needs of totally independent decision makers. You take all the investment decisions for your portfolio, without active advice, using Pictet for execution through our trading desks. As an execution only client, you will have access to our investment funds, investment recommendations, market analysis reports as well as economic and business briefing papers. You will need to be closely involved with your investments and prepared to take decisions at any time to react to changing market circumstances.
