About this episode

Are we living in times of change? Undoubtedly. In celebration of this year’s International Women’s Day, this episode explores the role of women in a changing economy, the importance of female role models in leadership positions, and what we can do, as individuals and businesses alike, to even out the gender gap.

We are joined by three of the world’s most distinguished female leaders in their respective fields. BBC journalist, former Independent columnist and Assistant Editor of The Times, Mary Ann Sieghart, Dr. Pippa Malmgrem, award-winning author of two leadership business books, a start-up entrepreneur, former White House economist and a World Economic Forum fellow, and Elif Aktug, Equity Partner of the Pictet Group and co-founder of the Pictet Women’s Network.
